I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with clinical experience in helping individuals learn positive coping skills and strategies that can help to improve their mental and emotional well-being. I work with my clients on identifying self-care activities and positive copings, in addition to understanding their strengths and weaknesses. I also work with my clients on developing and implementing skills that will help them to set boundaries and limits and to problem solve and set goals. These learned skills will ultimately help my clients to navigate relationships and situations in their lives that are the source of their stressors. My overall goal is to help my clients overcome the stressors.
