I assist high functional women overcome anxiety, depression, chronic illness, separation weight loss, weight loss surgery as well as improving self-esteem. I can aprovide sessions in English and Spanish. I have experience with military population, children, adults, Christian theraphy. I also have experience with immigrant population, substance abuse and adult children of alcoholics.
