I see each client as uniquely individual with diverse needs. I utilize problem-solving techniques to help each person unlock their merited healing. Together we can identify life’s challenges that may cause anxiety, depression, relationship issues and unresolved trauma. I do this by using evidence based techniques like EMDR. I also have experience working with many populations using a holistic use of modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Somatic Therapy, and the use of Attachment Theory. Trauma focused therapy aims to eliminate traumatic memories and future anxieties. You are provided the tools to deal with the past, present and future traumas like PTSD ASD, anxiety and depression, grief and other mental health issues. Thereby reducing current stressors and the physiological arousals of everyday life.
