I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, with 3 years of professional work experience as a therapist. I have over 19 years of experience in the field of social services working in child protective services as an investigator, working with active duty regarding military sexual trauma and with Veterans with varying mental health needs. I have experience in helping clients work through and process trauma (sexual and combat trauma), stress and anxiety, intimacy related issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open, safe and brave space where thoughts and feelings may be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
