Sometimes we feel completely stuck, trapped in a dilemma or our emotional cells, imprisoned by our own thoughts, behaviors, fears...But there is a way out as long as you are willing to see it. I enjoy working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, self-esteem, emptiness...I have worked with clients from diverse populations, am bilingual in English/Mandarin, licensed in Maryland and Washington States, and an EFT trained therapist for couples.

I'm passionate about bringing healings, helping people restore damaged/broken relationships and gain a deeper understanding of self, empowering and facilitating growth and health by providing a safe place, using strength& evidence-based, emotionally focused personalized interventions such as EFT, CBT, DBT, attachment, experiential and existential theories.

Having studied and worked in 4 countries (USA, SG, NZ, CH) for more than 20 years makes me more able to connect to and understand my clients from their perspectives. My goal in therapy is to help the clients find their inner strength to grow, find harmony in differences, build/restore healthy relationships with self and others.
