I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience providing support to those impacted by end-of-life challenges. I create a safe and calm environment for exploring ideas, questions, and feelings while bringing compassion, sensitivity, and expertise to those facing grief, depression, and anxiety. Our journey begins with me understanding your story, strengths, and expectations in a non-judgmental way. I use a variety of treatment modalities based on your needs such as cognitive behavioral therapy interventions, mindfulness interventions, and strengths-based approaches.
