Hi there I am Yaima, Do you feel like you are in a funk, anxious, depressed, unable to concentrate and preoccupied with everything going on in your life and with the current pandemic? Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, adjustments to change/life transitions such as a job loss or unexpected diagnosis, loss and grief, caregiver issues or stress, codependency, anger management, adjustment to college, or substance use and abuse I'm here to help.
