My name is Ximena. I am an intuitive, optimistic and creative therapist with over 30 years of experience. I am a warm and compassionate counselor who speaks from the heart. I believe in the power of the human spirit to overcome adversity and challenges by extracting their hidden wisdom. My own healing journey has lead me to explore deeper and further understand the subject of personal empowerment within the context of relationships, and substance abuse.

So often in life we are faced stressful and overwhelming situations that leave us feeling disempowered, drained, and at times even hopeless. Change can be challenging but by no means impossible. It is my mission to walk with you and explore the possibilities for promoting change. I don’t believe in a “one-style fits all” approach. I consider the human healing journey to be personal, and I will support the unfoldment of the uniqueness in you. My counseling philosophy is that I am a passenger in your path of self-exploration , who can serve as an objective support in the interpretation of your circumstances. I will provide input when requested, road maps when asked and clinical insight when invited.
