About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. I have worked in an outpatient setting since 2007. I have experience working with individuals from age 4 to 75 years of age. I have worked with clients that have many of the following concerns that led them to seek out counseling: depression, anxiety, trauma, impulsive issues, bipolar disorder, family issues and intellectual disabilities.

I love to meet each client where they are and begin to build on identified strengths throughout the counseling process. I am very interactive with clients and assist in providing insight and support. The approach that I love to use most is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I sincerely believe that if an individual begin to mold and change their way of thinking (irrational thoughts) their behaviors change as well.
