Hello. I am a psychotherapist in the San Francisco Bay Area. I went to Boston University for my Bachelor in Psychology Degree, to Fielding Graduate University for my Masters and to Harvard University for my graduate studies. I earned a Postgraduate Diploma at Massachusetts General Hospital, Dept. of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. I am licensed in several US states and I have been in the field for about 20 years. I have trained and worked in several settings, including hospitals, drug treatment clinics, private practice and in managed care. I help clients with low self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and drug addiction. I use multimodal therapeutic principles depending on the client's needs, including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Short-Term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
