Hello,
My name is Bill Stoner. I'm from Milwaukee Wisconsin and married for many years with two adult children.
I am a licensed Mental Health and Substance Dependency professional with more than 20 years of Psychotherapy and Substance Dependency counseling experience. My Substance Dependency clients have found my last name entertaining over and over again. I have a great sense of humor and only take seriously what is really necessary. I have found laughing and humor to be one of the many useful tools therapeutically and personally. Laughing is a great and proven tool for healing. People generally take themselves too seriously and need permission to take a break from that so they can find some needed light heartedness at times.
My clients describe me as inspiring, consistently optimistic and easy to talk to. I believe in the innate goodness of all people and am passionate about helping them live the quality daily life intended for all.
