About

Have you ever felt like you’ve been told that sex is nasty? Immoral? Or taboo? Of course you have, you live in the United States. For a quick example, think of the so-called walk of shame. Shame? About sex? In 2022? It should be referred to as a stride of Pride instead. Unfortunately, our culture is one of negative sex ideas. More so if you grew up in a religion like Christianity or Catholicism. Growing up in this culture can lead to a plethora of sexual and identity struggles (including but not limited to depression and anxiety) regardless of the attempts of our families to raise us as healthy as possibly. And thats just it, your sexual health is HEALTH. Which means it’s important. You wouldn’t let someone shame you for having a broken leg, would you? Sexual health is just as much a part of you as your mental health is. In what way does being a man affect your partner’s expectations for your sexuality? You should probably be horny all the time right? Well that's not everyone’s experience, and guess what? It’s NORMAL. In what way does being a parent (and the expectations of the culture at large, your family, and even your own expectations), affect your sex life? Parents don’t have sex? Wrong. Parents can have very fulfilling sex lives too! So, if you experience desire discrepancy, feel disgusted or scared about your kinks, or simply don’t know who you are sexually, let’s work together and resolve you of this burden. For everyone deserves a good sex life and that includes you.
