I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in providing psychotherapy to adolescents and young adults typically aged 12-25. Adolescence is a difficult time. It is full of transitions and new challenges that are difficult for many individuals. I often find that adolescents struggle with finding the confidence to face these challenges alone and need support in order to do so effectively. My work tends to focus on repairing ruptures in their attachments and building their self-confidence. Whether it be anxiety, depression, peer and family relationship issues, or confidence and self-esteem, I offer a safe and comfortable space to explore these issues on a deeper level.
