I am a U.S. Navy veteran that came to therapy late in life after a successful career in Tech. I am very analytical but also empathic, compassionate and humorous. A bit about my approach to therapy I provide evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT and ACT in the treatment of Depression and Anxiety-based diagnoses. I provide a lot of psychoeducation to my clients. My job satisfaction comes from seeing change and progress in my clients. What you can expect from our first session My main focus is providing the tools necessary for my clients to become strong and independent. In a sense, eventually my clients are able to become their own therapist.
