I have the usual psychological training and education that you would expect from a Licensed therapist, but I also bring life experience into each session. We all know that some of the solutions people discover in a therapy session don't really work in the real world. I believe that solutions that last are solutions that work in multiple environments. I believe that all real change takes hard work and consistency, but on the other hand, if all we do is work hard in ways that do not make sense, eventually we will go back to the old ways. In addition to my psychology background and life experience, you will find that therapy with me has an added spiritual dynamic. We can be broken in spirit, soul or body. Our hangups and problem behaviors are the outward expressions of what is broken on the inside. When we make adjustments and repair what was broken on the inside, our outward problems disappear and become unnecessary.
