Hi, and welcome to my practice! If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or difficulty in relationships, then you’re in the right place. My practice specializes in helping you rewire the thoughts & emotions that are no longer serving you and become more effective in your interpersonal relationships. Here’s a little bit about my training and credentials. I received my Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Minnesota School of Professional Psychology in 2002. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (Lic. P0609052) in the state of Arkansas and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (Lic. 03133) in the state of Minnesota. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from a very diverse set of ages and backgrounds with very different problems that are rooted in the same core issue: distressing thoughts, emotions, and ineffective relationship patterns. These 3 things are stealing their sleep, removing their joy, and wrecking their relationships. Many times they start at the suggestion and/or insistence of loved ones or employers so they aren’t exactly thrilled to be in therapy. However, they roll up their sleeves, get to work, and make the changes necessary to be more effective in their life.
