I am a Meaning-Centered counselor in Phoenix, Arizona with over 8 years of experience working in behavioral health. Today, more people come into therapy expressing feelings of emptiness and wondering does life have any meaning? What really makes life worth living? Is it all just meaningless suffering?

Through meaning-centered therapy and existential analysis, we can realize our unique, innate, and creative potentials, discover the meaning potentials in the world waiting for us, and create a life worth living.
