Stop. Take a breath. Ok, lets start this journey together. Sometimes in life, we have struggles that appear to be greater than we can manage on our own. These events don't have to define you. My passion is to walk through these challenges in a way that is centered on you with compassion and understanding. Whether you have goals or we develop them together, I want to help you achieve solutions and life changes in a way that is as enjoyable as possible. I dont believe therapy always has to be painful. Calling may seem intimidating, hopefully you take a deep breath and reach out and see how we can help you rediscover yourself. In my 20+ years as a therapist, in multiple settings, I have helped individuals, couples and families find healing and understanding in desperate situations. I use a variety of approaches to ensure your needs/wishes are met. Through all of this, my goal is to use tools that I have acquired to assist you in becoming a happier, healthier self. Life is too short to be consumed by negative thoughts or relationships. You are too important to let bad relationships, grudges, trauma, anxiety or depression stop you from living. I want to help you free yourself from emotional pain and and help you deal with life on life terms to find meaning/purpose in all areas of your life.
