Hi, I’m Whitney and I’m glad you are taking steps to reach out. It takes a lot of courage to try something new and I hope to help you on your way. Working as a counselor for 19 years, has allowed me to coach thousands of clients through a wide variety of issues. I particularly enjoy helping people manage mood, reduce anxiety, improve self esteem, set boundaries, heal from trauma and build healthy relationships.
