About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been counseling individuals ranging from ages 8 to late eighties since 2016. I have worked with clients dealing with depression, stress and anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. I also provided services to survivors of domestic violence and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is balanced between directive and non-directive. I tend to ask questions and offer my interpretations while ensuring that I listen to, encourage, and support my clients' individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can openly express their concerns and dilemmas. I incorporate CBT, psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused Brief therapies into my counseling approach.

My passion for people is why I chose this career path. Facilitating growth and presenting new hope is the best part of working in this field.
