So let’s start with me introducing myself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience treating individuals with mental health concerns. My specialties include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, self-care, and stress management.

My ultimate goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where you feel free to express your inner thoughts and emotions without any judgments. Together, we will form a team, and I hope to help you restore your self-love and balance; while improving your quality of life.
