I provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to adults and adolescents struggling with a broad range of issues, including mental health, grief/loss, trauma, and substance abuse. My mission in life is not merely to survive but to thrive and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.

I'm a military veteran first-generation college graduate that is eager to partner with you on your road to recovery. With three years of experience working in the mental health field. I specialize in substance abuse with a focus on trauma-informed care. I use various therapeutic approaches to help you create a happier and more fulfilled life.
