My name is Whitney Perdun and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist. When life complications, stressors, or trauma present in our lives we all naturally start to unravel. My ambition is to help my clients bring balance back into their lives, build healthy relationships and form a sense of understanding, peace, and safety within themselves. Not one single modality is right for every individual, couple, or family. I take an eclectic approach to include but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Therapy Rational Emotive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, Play Therapy, and Structural Planning. When words are not comfortable I integrate Art Therapy techniques as an alternative to verbal communication. We all deserve to live our lives to the fullest and I welcome the opportunity to work with you or your family to grow and develop as desired. We all are a never-ending work in progress.
