I'm passionate about helping others discover their strengths and balance their lives in a hectic world. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults while they are dealing with challenging times in their lives. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and mindfulness-centered. I utilize various models to best fit each client’s preferences and situations including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, attachment-based theories, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. My educational background includes a BSW from Auburn University and a MSW from New York University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
