About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Minnesota. I have been in the mental health field for 10+ years. Prior I worked 30 years in various support roles in the telecommunications filed. In the past I have done work in conflict resolution and mediation. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping others succeed. I am interested in building a whole-person integration (body, soul, and spirit) when working together.

Your past has an impact on who you are today, however it does not have to determine your future. While labels may be helpful in diagnosis, I believe they are limiting for the future. We are humans and more than any label or diagnosis.

I do not believe in unneeded length to therapy nor stopping short of all you might accomplish. We review progress regularly and determine next steps.
