About

I am a family and marital therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina with over 10 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and their families in South Carolina. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, marital issues, couple issues, anger management issues, adjustment issues, grief/loss issues, ADHD, Personality Disorders, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse and physical abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, narrative therapy, self-care techniques, mindfulness therapy, dialectal therapy, solution-focus therapy, distress tolerance skills, and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

My mission is to assist clients in Reaffirming, Restoring, and Reconnecting relationships by working with and helping individuals to create the lives they want and deserve in a meaningful and responsible manner. I empower my clients to change their circumstances regardless of those circumstances.
