Life can be stressful in itself and now add the pandemic. The fact that you are here seeking therapy means a lot and shows your courage. I am here to help and tell you that you are not alone. Therapy is a collaborative relationship between you/therapist where building trust is key. Therapy is a safe place where you are free to speak and be heard. Your healing is a choice and your healing journey will bring forth freedom and peace to your life. Even therapists sometimes need therapy. I will help you find purpose in life, manage stress, improve relationships in your life, and increase self-awareness as we work together. My work experience includes many years of working with children, youth, adults, and elderly adults. I have helped many with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, substance abuse, various traumas, life transitions, PTSD, work-related adjustments, school issues, child/adult psychosis, crisis intervention, parenting skills, domestic violence issues, and most recently counseling adults suffering from chronic illness.
