Hey! Welcome to my page! Since you are here, I’m sure you’re curious about who I am and if I would be a good fit for you. I'm really glad you’ve taken the initiative to seek support in making changes in your life and that itself is already a challenge for many.

My name is Wendy and I am a marriage and family therapist. I moved to the U.S. when I was 7 years old. I had to acquire different skills in order to navigate, connect, and build relationships with different people. I have experiences in working with people from different backgrounds, and cultures. I’ve worked with individuals, families, couples, and minors struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, behavior issues, relationship issues, parent-child conflict, parenting, adjustments, self-esteem, confidence, boundaries, connecting with others, communication, and conflict resolution.

I am a systemic thinker and believe every issue is multifaceted and never one-dimensional. I love working and collaborating with people to obtain the changes they want. I enjoy having deep conversations to understand the parts that make up their system that is in my client’s lives. It’s like looking at all the puzzle pieces and figuring out how each piece fits or not fit to make the picture they want at the end.

I believe the skills I’ve acquired have helped me become a better communicator and listener. My personal experiences have also inflamed my passion for helping others through difficult transitions in their lives. I believe change is inevitable.
