Hello! My name is Wendy McKensie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ. I have seven years of experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, parenting issues, anger management and various other mental health challenges. I use an integrative approach to tailor treatment based on each client’s needs. I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship, along with utilizing a variety of other approaches that include cognitive behavioral therapy, a strength-based approach, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and a solution-focused approach to assist with empowering clients to overcome challenges in their life.
