I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration. I provide clinical therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are struggling with issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, bipolar and other mood disorders, eating disorders, abuse and relationship issues. I became a therapist due to my interest in psychology and my passion for working with others to help them attain their goals. I have more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field and have gained expertise working with a variety of people in different settings.

I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment to enable clients to speak freely and explore their feelings. I utilize an eclectic, strengths-based approach to therapy drawing upon a variety of techniques, including solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), problem-solving and some Gestalt techniques. My approach aims to help clients identify their feelings, recognize and build on their strengths, set positive goals and take action to accomplish those goals.
