I've been practicing since Jan, 2010. I have a wide range of experience. I have worked for agencies such as County Jail, (DCFS) better known as CPS, addictions and private practice. I have experience with clients having traumatic brain injury (TBI) and PTSD. I also have specialized training and experience with parenting and grief and loss issues as they often result in anxiety and depressive symptoms. I use primarily cognitive and client centered approaches, these approaches focus from an internal place; therefore, assessment and treatment will be from an internal perspective
