I have a wealth of experience treating clients with addiction, stress, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, PTSD, and personal growth. I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere. I understand that “one size does not fit all,” and pride myself in meeting the client where they are at and taking the time to really get to know the client and their specific treatment needs. I treat the whole person to maximize growth. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, developing felt safety, and teaching effective coping strategies for distress. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Training, Solution Focused and Emotion Focused therapy, I collaborate with clients to develop a care plan that addresses client's goals and concerns. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families to develop coping strategies that enhance wellness, increase resilience and create emotional stability. My goal is to help patients become confident, competent, and resilient individuals.
