Hello!

I am a mental health counselor licensed in New York with 5 years experience in psychotherapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, self-esteem and anger issues. I have also helped many people manage compulsive behaviors such as excessive pornography use.

I specialize in treating conditions resulting from a wide range of traumatic experiences, including sexual abuse. I understand the complexity of childhood trauma and the different ways it can cause problems for us in adulthood . My trauma-informed approach allows me to use a variety of different techniques to best suit your individual needs and empower you along your journey.

Together we will break things down at a pace that is comfortable for you. We will examine patterns, determine common themes, and take a closer look at what is working for you and what is no longer serving you. During this process you will gain the insight and skills to build a better life for yourself and become the best version of you.
