Hello all,

My name is Wei-Shan. The pronunciation for my name is (way-sun like way to the sun).
I was working in the hospital to treat people who have depression and anxiety for a long period of time. Most of them struggle not just with diagnoses but with self-esteem and self-compassion. During my time working in the hospital, I encountered many people who have been diagnosed with BPD and Bipolar disorder. I've grown so much working with them and getting to know their world. I used CBT and DBT to help support my people and I love to use Motivational Interviewing to encourage people. I also worked in MAT treatment in the past. Seeing people who have a hard time with substance use and guiding them to build resilience is a great moment that I have.
