I'm a strengths based therapist licensed in IL with experience in trauma informed care, anxiety & depression, and family & relationship dynamics. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns including; domestic violence, cultural family dynamics, relationships, communication, anxiety, depression, and sexual assault and abuse. I enjoy partnering with individuals who would like to further explore and gain a deeper understanding of their own self-proclaimed identities, no matter the intersectionality you may identify with. Being a first generation, South Asian immigrant myself, I can empathize with the need to find balance within the many aspects of our lives. There are many things within our lives, external and internal, that can be difficult to navigate alone; finding a therapist who is a good fit for you, can be a great help.

As a psychotherapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship is nothing without a human connection. As people, it’s important for us to feel safe and respected in spaces where we are being vulnerable. I am passionate about working collaboratively to create a warm, inviting space in which you feel heard and understood. I aim to help you identify and use the strengths you already possess, to help you create a life you love and are proud of.
