I consider myself a "HappinessCoach." I will help you reconstruct after a bad relationship, a career that's gone off course, or during times of anxiety and/or depression. If it seems your life is on a downward spiral we will work to get things climbing in the right direction. If you're feeling unsure but would like new things to spring up, I will help you to get things blossoming. If you have had a complicated life or complicated relationships, I will help you unpack the issues, explore, clarify and resolve them. My method uses mostly cognitive behavioral therapy, which is real talk, real answers, real change, more happiness.

As a native New Yorker, I understand and appreciate diversity; I am gender and culturally sensitive. I have a long career of providing psychotherapy to a diverse population of individuals from a myriad of backgrounds. I am experienced in the new models, using 21st-century models of providing psychotherapy conveniently via virtual visits.
