Growing up in an underserved neighborhood, I have seen and felt firsthand many of the situations that people struggle with-which is why I became a therapist. To add, being in the field many years, I observed a high level of lack of compassion for diverse populations-which motivated me to open my own practice and provide people with the care they deserve. I accept everyone as they are because I know how it feels to struggle. My heart is in the work I do, and I show that by offering a safe and accepting space to people who come to me for support and healing. Focusing not only on the struggles that hold you back but also on the positive aspects of who you are as a person and the life you have around you
