Hi! I'm Wanda. I am a Licensed Masters Level Professional Clinical Counselor in California (#8891), Florida (#1605), and Texas (#69875). I am a National Board Certified (#4802) and Tele Mental Health Credentialed (#875) Counselor. I am certified by the State of California in Crisis Counseling and Family Violence. I have a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling and a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. I have 40 years of experience in various agency settings at all levels (Federal, State, and County). I have worked with an array of Private for Profit/Non Profit Agencies and Residential Treatment Centers, . I am an entrepreneur, so I have had a few Private Practice Settings. I specialize in crisis counseling, mood disorders, communications skills, parenting, trauma, family violence. I am trained to identify and work with mood disorders, behavioral disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, and the other diagnostic categories. I was raised in a culturally diverse extended family system, so I enthusiastically welcome populations of diverse cultures and identities. I have spent at least half of my career working with teens, tweens, children, and young adults. I am a wife, mother, and a grandmother. I enjoy indoor and outdoor hobbies.
