Before these unprecedented times, we all had questions and struggled to find ways to cope with and manage life's problems. Anything from how to manage my children who are working in a school, my military veteran partner who is struggling with physical ailments after a 26-year career, or my aging parents living on a fixed income managing health issues. I am here for you if you are a part of the military community, including the most elite military organization (Special Operations). I understand the perils of juggling my identity and that of my active duty/veteran spouse. If you are not affiliated with the military, that is ok; I can help you too! I spent the last 17 years working and developing mental health strategies for the military's most elite units. I supported various issues, including anxiety, depression, communication, relationships, parenting, and performance issues of the service member and their families. I can help you design a healthy life plan for you, your relationship, and your children. Military or not, I am here to support you.
