Hi, I’m Wanda, and I am happy that you found me here on Find A Therapist! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides therapy to individuals, couples, and children/families. I am a supportive, engaging clinician who celebrates strength-based engagement and connection. I believe that therapy is for everyone, and that a pillar of the experience is authenticity. As your therapist, I will maintain a judgment-free space, a space that is open to everyone from all walks of life.

Through evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques, I support my clients in managing difficult situations and emotions. Together, we will develop coping skills and insights to manage overwhelming or confusing feelings.

I work with each individual and/or family/child to adapt therapy to meet their specific needs. My aim is to help you increase self-awareness and self-acceptance, and gain mastery over your challenges. I am affirming of diverse orientations, identities, relationships, and family systems.
