I am licensed in Florida and Maine with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD both adult and child, ODD, parenting, co-parenting couples and families. I help individuals deal with trauma including trauma from domestic violence situations. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
