I have practiced psychotherapy successfully for forty-five years in a variety of settings, including private practice, hospital and free-standing in- and out-patient residential treatment facilities and industry-based (Employee Assistance Program) settings. My approach I specialize in growth-promoting individual psychotherapy. My orientation is Assimilative-Integrative, drawing on major psychotherapy systems to adopt adapt my approach to achieve the individuals therapeutic goals. My focus I have treated individuals with Anxiety, Depression, substance-use disorders, personal and carrier development, personality disorders and situational difficulties. My communication style I attempt to create a facilitative environment promoting the growth and integration of the person in treatment.
