I am licensed in Michigan with 24 years of professional work experience. I am a Navy veteran (Lieutenant Commander), OEF, OIF, experience (10 months), who served ten years active duty and two years reserves. I attended the University of Pennsylvania, earning my DSW, and the University of Michigan for my MSW. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I am a client-centered therapist who affords unconditional positive regard to my clients. I believe that you are the expert on your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
