Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health, National Board Certified Counselor and licensed in the state of Delaware. I have more than 10 years of experience, working with people from different backgrounds, struggles and challenges. It takes courage to seek assistance and I aspire to assist people with developing the tools needed to work through some of life's challenges. My approach is client-centered, non-judgmental and eclectic. I have training and experience in various therapeutic modalities including, cognitive behavioral therapy, stress reduction through breath and mindfulness and motivational interviewing. My areas of specialization include, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief/loss, major life adjustments, caregiver support, career concerns and spirituality. My therapeutic approach is to meet the needs of my clients by developing a trusting, compassionate, therapeutic relationship. With the right tools and commitment, together we can develop the ability to work through some of the challenges brought on by life.
