About

I have an extensive history working with diverse populations affected by trauma, mood disorders, and addictions. I have had the pleasure of working with survivors of war, youth in the foster care system, adult survivors of abuse, and those dealing with short-term and chronic stress. I like to take a warm and friendly approach, influenced by trauma-informed care. I want my clients to feel at ease and as in control as possible while we build up to work through tough issues. I like to collaborate with my clients and their support systems to achieve the best care possible so they reach their therapeutic goals.
