Hi. I'm Dr. Isabell Springer. I am licensed in California and Florida with 17 years as a therapist. I’m collaborative, experiential, and directive. I do not analyze, chitchat, or take notes.

I take a humanistic approach with clients. Through listening deeply, I get you, your experience and perceptions, leaving out my own thoughts, feelings, and interpretations so I can better understand your reality; how life is for you.

I take a stand in support of you — being there for you through non-judgment, empathy, compassion, and understanding. I am present and bring all of my knowledge and experience in helping you gain awareness and undergo profound shifts in the way you think, feel, act and find meaning in your relationships and your life.

I provide answers to difficult questions and serve as a guide through the process of healing and helping you uncover who you really are. And when we’re done, you’ll part with clarity, tools, and new perspectives to lead an empowered, fulfilling, and authentic life.
