I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, self-esteem concerns, grief or loss, and more. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse, and sexual abuse.

My counseling style is centered around empowering clients and taking a support role. I seek to listen first and gather thorough understanding of an individual to help them discover the best solutions for identified concerns in their life. I believe in the power of connection and a trusting therapeutic alliance to help clients gain self-awareness, self-efficacy, and hope. My approach primarily combines positive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy in providing individualized treatment.
