I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Certification in Trauma Counseling in New York State. I have over 20 years of individual and family counseling experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have assisted clients with concerns surrounding depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, family conflicts loss and grief, and physical and emotional abuse.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
