Hi, I'm Ginny, I am a licensed MFT with more than 30 years of experience providing Strengths-based counseling to individuals, couples, and families seeking immediate help and long-term solutions. I am also a certified professional coach, with 12 years of experience employing coaching strategies to create healing and change in individuals, their lives, and relationships. I have experience in a variety of clinical settings for both mental health care and substance use issues, in both the public and private sector, and in private practice. I specialized in working with individuals and families with Substance use or co-occurring mental health and addiction issues. I take a collaborative and individualized approach to individuals, couples or family work, utilizing strategies that are a good fit and make sense to you, and can make a powerful impact on your life. This includes Motivational interviewing to create solid plans and agreements, CBT, and DBT, and I am very big on Mindfulness, since who we are ‘being' is where our power to create change really is. I create a safe and empowering space to transform experiences and beliefs from those that are painful and hold you back, to those that are a a new source of confidence and wisdom.
