About

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State where I have worked with community mental health for seven years. I started as a peer counselor with a WISe (wraparound intensive services) program working with families in crisis. I then transferred into an outpatient clinic where I have been for five years primarily with children and families. I have worked with the spectrum of mental illnesses focusing on trauma, crisis intervention, depression, anxiety and gender dysphoria.

My focus is on counseling the whole person. Combined with person centered, psychodynamic and solution focused approaches, I use evidenced based therapies in supporting individuals on their personal journeys. I provide a non-judgmental, empathic, compassionate, safe space where therapy is designed specifically for the unique individual.

Therapy should be supportive, fun and effective. Change can be scary, but it is less scary when you are working with someone who believes in you and can support you in a healthy, creative and cohesive way. I look forward to meeting you and joining you on this journey.
